(1) Section 10(2) (general functions of the Commission) is amended as follows. (2) After paragraph (b) insert— (ba) the recording of matters from which it appears that a person has died or suffered serious injury during, or following, contact with a person serving with the police; (3) In paragraph (c), after “paragraph (b)” insert “ or (ba) ” .
