In section 120A (as inserted by section 134(1) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (c. 16))— (a) in subsection (3)(b) for “section 113(3A) or (3C) or (3EA) or (3EC)” substitute “ section 113C(3) or 113D(3) ” ; (b) in subsection (5) for “113” substitute “ 113A ” .
