Sch 5 para 10
(1) A person who is or has been the Director or deputy Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland. (2) A person who is or has been a person appointed under Article 4(3) of the Prosecution of Offences (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 ( S.I. 1972/538 (N.I.1)) to assist the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.
