(1) The Port of London Act 1968 is amended as follows. (2) In section 2 (interpretation), omit the definition of “arrestable offence”. (3) In section 156 (powers of constables), in subsection (2), for “arrestable”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ indictable ” .
