(1) The International Criminal Court Act 2001 is amended as follows. (2) In section 33 (entry, search and seizure), in subsection (2), for “a serious arrestable offence” substitute “ (in the case of Part 2 of the 1984 Act) to an indictable offence or (in the case of Part III of the 1989 Order) to a serious arrestable offence ” . (3) In section 55 (meaning of “ancillary offence” under the law of England and Wales), in subsection (5), in each of paragraphs (a) and (b), for “an arrestable offence” substitute “ a relevant offence ” . (4) This paragraph extends to England and Wales and to Northern Ireland (but not to Scotland).
