s 177 Interpretation

(2) In this Act “ enactment ” includes— (a) an enactment contained in or made under an Act of the Scottish Parliament or Northern Ireland legislation, and (b) an enactment comprised in subordinate legislation (within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1978 (c. 30)). (3) In this Act references to enactments include enactments passed or made after the passing of this Act. (4) Subsections (2) and (3) apply except where the context otherwise requires.
