(3) In subsection (2)(b), for “section 13B(1)” substitute “ sections 13B(1) and 13BA(1) ” . (4) In subsection (4), before “below” insert “ or 13BA(3), (6) or (9) ” . (5) In subsection (5), after “13B” insert “ or 13BA ” .
