s 10 Introduction
(1) In this Part— “ the 2000 Act ” means the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (c. 41), and “ the 1983 Act ” means the Representation of the People Act 1983. (2) In this Part— (a) section 11 comes into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed, (b) sections 12 to 14 and Schedule 1 come into forceon 1st November 2007, and (c) section 15 comes into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.
