s 26 Extension to Northern Ireland of provisions of SOCAP 2005
(1) Sections 60 to 67, 69 and 70 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15) (investigatory powers of DPP etc.) extend to Northern Ireland. (2) Schedule 3 contains amendments of that Act in connection with subsection (1).
