s 32 Extent
(1) The extent of any amendment or repeal made by this Act is the same as that of the enactment amended or repealed. (2) But the amendments and repeals made by Schedule 3 (and Schedule 5 so far as relating to that Schedule) extend to England and Wales and Northern Ireland only. (3) Section 25 extends to Northern Ireland only.
