s 10 This is the Schedule to be inserted in the Bank of England Act 1998 after Schedule 2— SCHEDULE 2A Financial Policy Committee
(1) The Committee shall meet at least 4 times in each calendar year. (2) The Governor of the Bank (or in the Governor's absence the Bank's Deputy Governor for financial stability) may summon a meeting at any time on giving such notice as the person giving the notice thinks the circumstances require.
