Paragraph 19 of Schedule 1ZB (annual report by PRA) applies in relation to the Bank, but— (a) as if for paragraphs (a) to (f) of sub-paragraph (1) there were substituted— (a) the discharge of its functions relating to recognised clearing houses, (b) the extent to which, in its opinion, in discharging those functions its financial stability objective has been met, (b) as if sub-paragraph (3) were omitted.
