(1) Section 349 (exceptions from section 348) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2)(c), for “Authority” substitute “ FCA or the PRA ” . (3) In subsection (3A)(a), for “Authority” substitute “ FCA or the PRA ” . (4) In subsection (3B)(c), for “Authority's functions” substitute “ functions of the FCA or the PRA ” .
