In section 14 of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004 (supervision of accounts and reports of issuers of listed securities), in subsections (2)(b) and (7)(b), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority ” .
