(1) Section 843 (realised profits and losses of long-term insurance business) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2)(b), for “section 142(2)” substitute “ Part 9A ” . (3) In subsection (6)(a), for “Part 10” substitute “ Part 9A ” .
