In section 995 (petition by Secretary of State), in subsection (1)— (a) in paragraph (c), for “or the Financial Services Authority” substitute “ , the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England ” , and (b) in paragraph (d), for “or the Financial Services Authority” substitute “ , the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority or the Bank of England ” .
