In Part 1 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities subject to the public sector equality duty), under the italic heading “Industry, business, finance etc”— (a) for “The Financial Services Authority” substitute “ The Financial Conduct Authority ” , and (b) after the entry for the Office of Communications insert— “ The Prudential Regulation Authority ” .
