(1) Part 4 of Schedule 19 to the Finance Act 2011 (the bank levy) is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph 37(2), in both places, for “section 213(2)(b)” substitute “ section 213(3)(b) ” . (3) In paragraph 38(3)(a), for “section 139(1)” substitute “ section 137B(1) ” .
