In section 270 (schemes authorised in designated countries or territories)— (a) in subsection (1), in each place, for “Authority” substitute “ FCA ” , (b) in subsections (2)(b) and (5) (in both places), for “the Authority” substitute “ the FCA ” , and (c) in subsection (6), for “Authority” substitute “ FCA ” .
