(1) Section 415A (interpretation of powers under the Act) is amended as follows. (2) For “Authority” substitute “ FCA, the PRA or the Bank of England ” . (3) In the heading to the section and the italic heading before it, for “of the Authority” substitute “ under the Act ” .
