In section 338 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (interpretation), in subsection (1)— (a) in the definition of “bank”, for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ” , and (b) in the definition of “insurance company” for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ” .
