(1) The Railways Act 1993 is amended as follows. (2) In section 145 (restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (2)(c), for “or the Financial Services Authority” substitute “ , the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority ” . (3) In section 151 (general interpretation), in subsection (1), in the definition of “securities”, for “section 74(5)” substitute “ section 102A(2) ” .
