(1) The Pensions Act 1995 is amended as follows. (2) In section 49 (responsibilities of trustees etc.), in subsection (8A)(a), for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ” . (3) In section 172 (information about public service schemes), in subsection (1)(a), for “section 150” substitute “ section 138D ” .
