(1) The Enterprise Act 2002 is amended as follows. (2) In section 213 (enforcers), in subsection (5A)(c), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “ Financial Conduct Authority ” . (3) In Schedule 14 (specified functions), in the entry relating to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, for “Chapter 3 of Part 10 and Chapter 2 of Part 18” substitute “ Chapter 4 of Part 9A ” .
