(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference (however expressed) to the Financial Services Authority is to be read, in relation to any time after the relevant commencement, as a reference to the Financial Conduct Authority. (2) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference (however expressed) to the Financial Conduct Authority is to be read, in relation to any time before the relevant commencement, as a reference to the Financial Services Authority.
