In section 298 (directions and revocation: procedure)— (a) in subsections (1), (6) and (7), after “section 296” insert “ or 296A ” , and (b) in subsections (1), (2)(a), (3), (5), (6), (7) (in both places) and (8), for “the Authority” substitute “ the appropriate regulator ” .
