(1) Section 301L (offences under Chapter) is amended as follows. (2) In subsections (1) and (2) (in both places), for “the Authority” substitute “ the FCA ” . (3) In subsection (4), for “the Authority's” substitute “the FCA's”. (4) In subsections (5) and (9), for “the Authority” substitute “ the FCA ” .
