In section 28 (agreements made unenforceable by section 26 or 27)— (a) at the end of subsection (1) insert “ , other than an agreement entered into in the course of carrying on a credit-related regulated activity ” , and (b) in the heading to the section, at the end insert “ : general cases ” .
