reg 27 Availability of plans after adoption or approval

(1) As soon as practicable after proposals for a statutory plan or for the alteration or replacement of a statutory plan have been adopted or approved, the local planning authority which prepared the proposals shall secure that printed copies of the statutory plan, the statutory plan as altered, or the replacement plan, as the case may be, are available for inspection during normal office hours at their principal office and at such other places within their area as they consider appropriate and, on payment of a reasonable charge, for purchase. (2) A local planning authority shall continue to make printed copies of a statutory plan, altered statutory plan, or replacement plan made available for inspection and purchase under paragraph (1) so available until the relevant plan is altered, further altered, or replaced, as the case may be.
