Insert– (1) the name of the local planning authority; (2) the address of the local planning authority’s principal office and of any other place at which the documents are available for inspection; (3) the days on which, and hours between which, the documents are available for inspection; (4) the appropriate date; (5) the date on which this notice is first published.
