reg 47 Prescribed period
Subject to rule 48, for the purposes of section 9(1) of the 1968 Act or regulation 4(1)(a) of the 2024 Regulations , the period within which an appeal notice must be lodged with the registrar is the period of 28 days after the date of the— (a) conviction, verdict, or finding, (b) sentence, ... (ba) decision on review of sentence under section 304D or 304E of the 2006 Act, or (c) order, in relation to which the appellant wants to appeal.
