reg 10 Amendment of the Merchant Shipping (Crew Accommodation) Regulations 1997
(1) The Merchant Shipping (Crew Accommodation) Regulations 1997 are amended as follows. (2) In regulation 3(2) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) omit “and” and at the end of sub-paragraph (c) insert— and (d) ships to which the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Minimum Requirements for Seafarers etc.) Regulations 2014 apply.
