reg 69 Testing of regulated non-automatic weighing instruments
(1) Where an inspector considers that a test of a regulated non-automatic weighing instrument is necessary, otherwise than for the purposes of regulation 68 (re-qualification), the inspector may require the person who has control of the instrument, or whom the inspector has reasonable cause to believe has control of the instrument, to provide to the inspector such equipment, test liquid, materials, qualified personnel or other assistance as the inspector may reasonably require. (2) Every instrument submitted for testing must be in a clean condition.
