The party which has carried out the first stage of the procedure shall issue for each of the instruments a certificate containing the data necessary for identification of the instrument and specifying the examinations and tests that have been carried out. The party which carries out the second stage of the procedure shall carry out those examinations and tests that have not yet been carried out. The manufacturer or his authorised representative shall ensure that he is able to supply the approved body's certificates of conformity on request.
