Sch 1 para 11 Capacity serving measures
(1) The essential requirements in relation to capacity serving measures are— (a) the requirements of Annex I of the Directive; and (b) the specific requirements in Chapter II of Annex X. (2) The conformity assessment procedures specified in the modules in Annex II to the Directive applicable to capacity serving measures are— (a) A2; (b) D1; (c) E1; (d) F1; (e) B and D; (f) B and E; or (g) H.
