(1) The essential requirements in relation to exhaust gas analysers are— (a) the requirements of Annex I of the Directive; and (b) the specific requirements in Annex XII. (2) The conformity assessment procedures specified in the modules in Annex II to the Directive applicable to exhaust gas analysers are— (a) B and D; (b) B and F; or (c) H1.
