(1) The essential requirements in relation to thermal energy meters are— (a) the requirements of Annex I of the Directive; and (b) the requirements of Annex VI. (2) The conformity assessment procedures specified in the modules in Annex II to the Directive applicable to thermal energy meters are— (a) B and F; (b) B and D; or (c) H1.
