(1) The essential requirements in relation to non-water liquid measuring systems are—— (a) the requirements of Annex I of the Directive; and (b) the requirements of Annex VII. (2) The conformity assessment procedures specified in the modules in Annex II to the Directive applicable to non-water liquid measuring systems are— (a) B and F; (b) B and D; (c) H1; or (d) G.
