Sch 6 para 25 Automatic gravimetric filling instruments to be set to zero
(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), a person must not use an automatic gravimetric filling instrument for trade unless it is properly balanced or set to zero immediately prior to use. (2) Paragraph (1) does not apply in the case of an instrument if it is designed so as not to balance when unloaded.
