Sch 6 para 6 Requirements for use for trade
No person may use for trade a measuring system unless— (a) it is compliant with the essential requirements other than the provisions relating to maximum permissible errors; (b) it is so positioned as to facilitate testing; (c) it operates within the maximum permissible errors in paragraph 7; and (d) the requirements of paragraph 8 are complied with.
