reg 3 Amendment to article 2
In article 2(1) (interpretation), for the definition of “transport undertakers” substitute— “transport undertakers” includes, in addition to the meaning of transport undertaker in section 329 of the Highways Act 1980 (further provision as to interpretation), any person authorised to carry on— a road transport undertaking; or a tramway undertaking.
