Sch 4 para 1
(1) In this Schedule— “ specified steps ” (“ camau penodedig ”) means the steps specified in a final notice under paragraph 6(c)(i) of Schedule 3; “ specified period ” (“ cyfnod penodedig ”) means the period specified in a final notice under paragraph 6(c)(ii) of Schedule 3. (2) A reference in this Schedule to a complete failure is a reference to a seller having taken none of the specified steps within the specified period. (3) A reference in this Schedule to a partial failure is a reference to a seller having taken at least one, but not all, of the specified steps within the specified period.
