Regulation 29 is to be read as if— (a) in paragraph (1) for “Where an EIA application is determined by a local planning authority” it read “Where a local planning authority adopt a local development order granting permission for development which constitutes EIA development”; (b) paragraph (2) was omitted; and (c) in paragraph (3) the reference to “relevant planning authority” read “local planning authority”.
