Sch 8 para 2 Modification of provisions on application to local planning authority without an environmental statement
In the case of a ROMP application, regulation 11(4) (application made to a local planning authority without an environmental statement) is to be read as if— (a) “21 days” read “6 weeks”; and (b) after “the notification”, it read “, or within such other period as may be agreed with the authority in writing”.
