Article 1
The Framework Agreement for scientific and technical cooperation between the European Communities and the Republic of Iceland is hereby finally concluded on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community.

90/24/Euratom: Commission Decision of 12 January 1990 concerning the final conclusion, on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community, of the Framework Agreement for scientific and technical cooperation between the European Communities and the Republic of Iceland
Article 2
The President of the Commission shall give the notification provided for in Article 12 of the Framework Agreement on behalf of the European Atomic Energy Community.
