Article 1

The provisions relating to marketing and use of tar-oils, contained in the Banned Chemicals Ordinance, section 17 appended to paragraph 1, and the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, paragraph 12 in conjunction with Appendix III, No 15, and paragraph 15 in conjunction with Appendix IV No 13, as notified on 4 July 1995 are approved.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to The Federal Republic of Germany.
