Arrêté du 27 novembre 2020

Article 1

En application des dispositions prévues au cinquième alinéa de l'article R. 256-8 du livre des procédures fiscales, la liste des services des impôts des entreprises, dont le comptable est chargé d'établir les avis de mise en recouvrement des droits et pénalités dus à raison d'une déclaration ou d'un acte déposé ou qui aurait dû être déposé au titre de la publicité foncière et de l'enregistrement, figure en annexe.

Article 1-1

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l'article 1er, le comptable chargé d'établir les avis de mise en recouvrement des droits et pénalités dus à raison d'une déclaration ou d'un acte déposé au titre de l'enregistrement, lorsque ces déclarations et actes sont transmis au moyen d'un téléservice mis à disposition par l'administration, est celui du service national de l'enregistrement créé par l'arrêté du 28 janvier 2021.

Article 2

Les dispositions du présent arrêté entrent en vigueur le 1er décembre 2020.

Article 3

Le présent arrêté sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
