I. – Une allocation portant le numéro 7 est attribuée aux grands invalides qui sont amputés d'un membre. Ses montants sont fixés ainsi qu'il suit : 1° Membre supérieur : a) Amputation du poignet : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 36,5 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 18,2 points d'indice ; b) Amputation de l'avant-bras : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 54,7 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 27,4 points d'indice c) Amputation au niveau du coude : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 72,9 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 36,5 points d'indice ; d) Amputation du bras : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 109,4 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 54,7 points d'indice ; e) Amputation sous-tubérositaire : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 72,9 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 72,9 points d'indice ; f) Désarticulation de l'épaule : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 91,2 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 91,2 points d'indice ; 2° Membre inférieur : a) Amputation tibio-tarsienne : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 18,2 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 9,1 points d'indice ; b) Amputation de la jambe : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 36,5 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 18,2 points d'indice ; c) Amputation au niveau du genou : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 72,9 points d'indice : – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 36,5 points d'indice : d) Amputation au niveau de la cuisse : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 109,4 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 54,7 points d'indice ; e) Amputation sous-trochantérienne : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 72,9 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 72,9 points d'indice ; f) Désarticulation de la hanche : – allocation non cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 91,2 points d'indice ; – allocation cumulée avec une autre allocation aux grands invalides : 91,2 points d'indice. II. – L'allocation n° 7 ne se cumule pas avec les allocations aux grands mutilés.
