1995年服務提供(隱含條款)(豁免)令
第a條
任何訟辯人在法庭或在任何審裁處、研訊或仲裁人席前及在執行直接影響有關聆訊的進行的任何初步工作時所作出的服務；
第b條
任何公司的董事以其董事身分向該公司所提供的服務。
