s 3 Aktiviti perniagaan Labuan boleh dikenakan cukai

Tertakluk pada Akta ini, suatu entiti Labuan yang menjalankan suatu aktiviti perniagaan Labuan hendaklah dikenakan cukai mengikut Akta ini bagi setiap tahun taksiran berkenaan dengan aktiviti perniagaan Labuan itu.
